About the Program
This flagship IPSC certificate course provides a structured, multidisciplinary exploration of Indo-Pacific strategic affairs. Participants will develop core competencies in regional policy design, strategic analysis, risk forecasting, and scenario planning. The program combines live sessions with flexible, asynchronous content.

- Strategic frameworks and shifting power dynamics in the Indo-Pacific
- Policy tools, regional alliances, and diplomatic architecture (QUAD, AUKUS, ASEAN)
- Scenario planning, geopolitical risk, and institutional responses
- Analysis of flashpoints including Taiwan, South China Sea, and Pacific Island diplomacy
- Integration of climate, technology, and governance into strategic policy
Program Structure
The program runs from September to November 2025. Weekly live sessions are supplemented with self-paced materials and assessments. Participants select one of three tracks:
