Geopolitical Risk, Grand Strategy & Alliance Management (GRGSAM)
An intensive IPSC Executive Certificate in Indo-Pacific Strategy & Policy focused on strategic competition, defence innovation, and alliance management. Delivered live across three regional time-zone streams, with capped cohorts for a high-engagement, briefing-style learning environment.
Professionals at the sharp end of strategy & risk
Designed for officials and practitioners in government, foreign ministries, defence and national security agencies, strategic industries, geopolitical risk units, multilaterals, and consulting or corporate strategy teams who must brief, advise, and decide on Indo-Pacific security and strategic competition.
Strategic risk capability for the Indo-Pacific
GRGSAM develops the ability to interpret great-power rivalry, defence modernisation, alliance behaviour, and escalation pathways — and convert them into concise, decision-ready assessments for leaders in government, industry, and international organisations.
8-week core + 4-week advanced option
A graduate-level executive program delivered live in a seminar and briefing-style format. The 8-week core builds foundational strategic risk capability; an optional 4-week advanced module deepens work on alliance management, deterrence, and applied scenario exercises.
Program Direction & Faculty
The GRGSAM Executive Certificate is taught entirely from within the Indo-Pacific by practitioners engaged in defence strategy, alliance management, risk intelligence, and regional security affairs. Faculty will include IPSC Senior Fellows and Non-Resident Fellows with experience across government, defence, intelligence, and corporate risk advisory.
